Ensured adherence to statutory requirements by successfully completing theoretical training aligned with the prevailing legislated version of the South African National Standards (SANS) code, specifically SANS 10087-1 (2013).

Compliant with the Occupational Health & Safety Act (No. 85 of 1993), its associated regulations, and all requisite health and safety standards, including South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) Codes of Practice.

In accordance with the stipulations outlined in SANS 10087-1:2013, it is mandatory
for all gas installations to possess a Certificate of Conformity.
This certification is required in alignment with the Pressure Equipment Regulations promulgated under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (No. 85 of 1993).

Our Process

1. Customer Engagement

In our initial meeting, we engage with the customer to comprehensively understand their requirements. We provide a detailed explanation of our concept, ensuring that the customer’s needs are addressed. We transparently present the available packages, outlining the cost associated with each option.

2. Finding or Inspecting the Site

As the gas refilling and exchange business operates within the regulated DMRE sector, approvals, permits, and licenses are prerequisites. LP gas, being part of the petroleum sector, necessitates compliance. If the customer has a selected site, we conduct a thorough inspection to confirm its compliance before commencing any work.

3. Initial Stage of Compliance

Upon confirming site compliance, we initiate the work schedule, beginning with the essential stages of compliance. Various aspects of the business are brought into alignment with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Act.

4. Construction

Construction commences with a focus on timely securing the necessary equipment. Simultaneously, electrical and plumbing work is executed to ensure a seamless integration of all components.

5. Installation and Testing

At this critical stage, we conduct meticulous testing of the installed pressure equipment in strict accordance with the Pressure Equipment Act. Our emphasis is on precision and adherence to regulatory standards.

6. Finalizing Compliance

All outstanding documentation is meticulously compiled and made ready for inspection. This stage also involves comprehensive training for individuals handling the pressure equipment, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Handover

As the project concludes, we provide additional hands-on training. The final handover to the client occurs only after ensuring that every aspect of the installation meets our rigorous standards and aligns with regulatory compliance.
